Quiet, local spot in Little Italy just off from Marche Jean Talon for our late lunch. Chef & owner was very lovely. Exceptionally hospitable. Enjoyed the personal attention but also all the conversation to go along with our fresh, finely prepared & reasonably priced meal. We reserved at TiBum for a group of 14 for a birthday party & were not disappointed! From the beginning I had a great experience with the staff, who were super friendly & accommodating. It turned out to be a perfect choice. From the wine menu, to the delicious cocktails (Lychee coconut margarita) & the food itself, this restaurant is an undiscovered gem. Our service staff was excellent, the food was well cooked & affordable, & they made sure to pay attention to all the little details that matter. Great food & good value on lunch specials. We had the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice & the beef Pad See Ew. Both were excellent. Appetizers are on the pricier side. The Tom Yum soup was excellent & had 2 large shrimps. Lots of cocktails to choose from. The service was impeccable. 75$ for 2 (lunch) with service & taxes, no alcohol We went during off hours (3PM) as we had a 3month old with us, so can't speak in the ambiance.View more
