The food was ok but very expensive, worth/value is not good.
Be prepared for 10$ Peruvian beers & if you order'chicharron de pescado' 70% place is rice/fries or salad. The expectation is chicharron & some yam around.
Not a bad place but consider what you are paying you can find better &/or cheaper.

Ceviche was terrible, tasted like garlic not true Peruvian ceviche & the yuca was uncooked . ¡¡PERUANOS no vayan ahí la YUCA ESTABA CRUDA EL CEVICHE SABÍA A AJO Y SE DEMORA MUCHO NO AUTENTICO 👎👎

The staff are wonderful & the atmosphere too. Can be very crowded at certain times. Exceptional Peruvian food. Very tasty & you have lots of choices. It takes time to get serve

Pricy. Small portions for a Peruvian restaurant. The taste was excellent. One time visit for us. No regrets.

The service was friendly but very slow. The ceviche was ok but not authentic Peruvian. My husband had the steak & enjoyed it. Fries were under cooked. Drinks were very good but took far too long to arrive. Only one bar tender for such a big restaurant. Papas hurricanes arrived cold. They were heated in microwave & were had cold areas

Great authentic peruvian food! Portions are big & good to share! It's was a bit noisy given that it's a family friendly place.

Drinks pisco sour too long waiting calamar not well done
Alfajores dried, were not fresh

Excellent food & great service. I've been to Peruvian restos all around MTL/Laval & though others might be cheaper, this one is easily one of the highest quality. This one is also really big which should be great for large groups. I highly recommend their Jalea or Seco as two of my favourite dishes I've tried at Solymar.

Great Restaurant to discover Peruvian dishes & also a great service.
William was in charge of our table & he is a great waiter. He interacts with the every one in the table & extends your experience to another level.

It was our first experience with Peruvian food 🙂 it was excellent 🤩 fresh & smooth . the device was also very good with a happy atmosphere.
We will definitely go back 😊
