I went to Solymar twice in September for two different birthday parties, & both times were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, I'm a huge seafood lover, & everything I tried was fresh, flavourful, & perfectly cooked.
The atmosphere is fun, festive, & full of great energy. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel like you're celebrating something, even when you're not! I'm already looking forward to going back again. Def recommend! 🦞🍤🎉

We had a great experience here! The food was fresh & delicious, & the staff were friendly & attentive throughout our visit. We didn't have to wait long for our order, which was a nice surprise given how busy the place was. Overall, everything was well-prepared & tasted great. Definitely planning to come back again soon!

⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? The BEST Ceviche of My Life - A Hidden Gem in Laval!

As someone who considers themselves a ceviche professional, I can confidently say: I have NEVER had a ceviche this good in my life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced - it's absolute perfection in every bite. & just when I thought it couldn't get better… they have Micheladas too!

Solymar Laval isn't just a restaurant, it's a vibe. The space is clean, vibrant, & absolutely stunning - every detail is so well thought-out. The staff? So sweet, welcoming, & attentive, you truly feel like family the moment you walk in.

I feel so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. This is now my go-to for every celebration - birthdays, family dinners, spontaneous ceviche cravings, you name it. I'm already planning to bring my entire family here!

10/10. Highly, highly recommend. Solymar is a treasure.

Amazing food, the ceviche & jalea was super fresh! Great atmosphere on Saturday with mariachi playing beautiful music. Our waiter Javier was amazing, top service, such a nice guy. Super attentive & genuine. Thank you Javier for making my fiancé's birthday a wonderful one!

Drinks pisco sour too long waiting calamar not well done
Alfajores dried, were not fresh
Beside done all the Peruvian good was more than amazing service A1 I will return, thanks.

Very large menu... maybe a little too much.
With a large menu like this, sometimes you wonder how fresh the food is.
Service was ridiculously slow!
Food was Ok... I mean it is good but I believe it can be better.
If you haven't had a taste of Perú this is a good place to start.
But then again it can be better.

It was our first experience with Peruvian food 🙂 it was excellent 🤩 fresh & smooth . the device was also very good with a happy atmosphere.
We will definitely go back 😊
