The service was friendly but very slow. The ceviche was ok but not authentic Peruvian. My husband had the steak & enjoyed it. Fries were under cooked. Drinks were very good but took far too long to arrive. Only one bar tender for such a big restaurant. Papas hurricanes arrived cold. They were heated in microwave & were had cold areasView more

We had a great time at Solymar celebrating last Sunday my daughter's engagement surprise party sourrended by family.The staff accommodate us for small details like décor we wanted to include within the soirée + the possibility to brig our cake.
