As someone who considers themselves a ceviche professional, I can confidently say: I have NEVER had a ceviche this good in my life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced - it's absolute perfection in every bite. & just when I thought it couldn't get better… they have Micheladas too!
Solymar Laval isn't just a restaurant, it's a vibe. The space is clean, vibrant, & absolutely stunning - every detail is so well thought-out. The staff? So sweet, welcoming, & attentive, you truly feel like family the moment you walk in.
I feel so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. This is now my go-to for every celebration - birthdays, family dinners, spontaneous ceviche cravings, you name it. I'm already planning to bring my entire family here!

We had a great time at Solymar celebrating last Sunday my daughter's engagement surprise party sourrended by family.The staff accommodate us for small details like décor we wanted to include within the soirée + the possibility to brig our cake.
