Muy caro para la calidad de comida. Los chifles y el maíz que te dan cuando llegas estaban húmedos se nota que hace mucho están expuestos al ambiente en lugar de tenerlos en un lugar con luz para se mantengan crocantes , el pescado del ceviche estaba como ligoso , acompanado de un canote pequeno y la yuca incomible.
La jalea había más yuca que pescado , las yucas estaban húmedas y frías como chicle , no había la salsa tártara que acompana la jalea , lo único rescatable es el servicio de los mosos y mosas que son muy atentos y rápidos . Una factura de &95 por dos platos y una chicha morada insípida , no vale la pena realmente en comparación con otros restaurantes peruanos .View more

As someone who considers themselves a ceviche professional, I can confidently say: I have NEVER had a ceviche this good in my life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced - it's absolute perfection in every bite. & just when I thought it couldn't get better… they have Micheladas too!
Solymar Laval isn't just a restaurant, it's a vibe. The space is clean, vibrant, & absolutely stunning - every detail is so well thought-out. The staff? So sweet, welcoming, & attentive, you truly feel like family the moment you walk in.
I feel so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. This is now my go-to for every celebration - birthdays, family dinners, spontaneous ceviche cravings, you name it. I'm already planning to bring my entire family here!
