food is excellent, service not as good. Also there was an option for if there is a special occasion. It was our wedding anniversary which they did not acknowledge at all, so might as well not even put an option to mention it

Reserved a spot for 13 people ,Saturday- 5pm.
We received an excellent service!
We took the "all-you-can"eat menu.
Food were served nice & hot ( from wanton soup, calamari, pad thai noodles...) all were perfectly seasoned!
Service is fast, servers are very courteous & polite.
BYOW is also a plus!
We will return for our next family get together!

Quality of food:- Excellent flavors & generous portions but food was not hot & cooled of quickly.
Menu: It is a coded phone menu & none of us understood how to proceed. I had to grab ancient paper menus on which the prices were outdated.
Prices: Comparable with most restaurants serving this genre of food.
Service: Poor! Nightmare is the only word to describe the quality of service. Communication between us & our server was curt, she did not understand our requests, did not deliver the requested modifications that we ordered [ we were accommodated on a previous visit] & we had to ask her 3 times for the bill. The manager was also exasperated with her as he asked her twice to generate the bill & she got annoyed because she was too busy taking orders from new arrivals. It took between 30 to 45 minutes from the time we asked for our invoice until we actually paid.
Atmosphere: beautiful interiors. noisy when restaurant is busy. Not a place for profound conversations.
Highlight:- the serenity, dignity & graciousness of the bus boys who deliverd our food & cleared the tables was a welcome contrast to the tension created by our server.
Parking: TERRIBLE!!!! We chose this venue because I could drive a handicapped member in our party to the front door situated in the parking lot & off the street. That was convenient & worth noting.. Sadly, the large parking lot was full & street directions & street parking prohibitions did not permit an easy alternative. I had to drive what felt like great distances to find a close parking spot but street traffic did not permit me to easily access the front door when returning to pick up my handicapped friend.
Reservations: Website only allowed me to book for 2. I had to phone to increase to 4.
Reservation confirmation: I was unable to reply to theccomputer generated request to confirm on my phone. Was only able to confirm on my laptop.
Summary: Judging from the continous flow of large groups of patrons throughout the evening, it is evident that this is a popular restaurant & that regulars have researched how to find parking in the neighborhood, even if it is several. blocks away. Not recommended for seniors with mobility issues.

Nous allons souvent dîner là-bas entre collègues, car le menu est varié & abordable. Il convient pour tous les goûts. La nourriture est bonne & c'est toujours frais. Pas trop d'attente pour recevoir nos plats. Le service est impeccable. Le serveur prend toujours le temps de nous demander si on a des questions sur le menu & si c'est le cas, il nous explique patiemment. Le restaurant est beau & propre. Je recommande fortement.

Une belle découverte, le repas est bon, l'ambiance est relax & que dire de la décoration c'est super. On peut apportez notre vin & déguster les plats à volonté. Le service est excellent. :)
