The staff was very welcoming, they were able to answer all the questions I had. All the food was brought out at a nice pace not too rushed but not to slow either while leaving you eager for the next dish. Lovely place for a family diner or a simple get together with friends.

Truly one of the best restaurants I've been to. Of course, that's subjective, but the diversity, quality, & depth of flavor in every ingredient of every dish was exceptional. Beyond the food, the ambiance was special, every detail of the space felt thoughtfully considered, & the staff was just the perfect balance of warm & serious about their passion for the food / wine / service. Highly recommend it

Ce fut une très belle découverte !
C'est une cuisine gastronomique qui rappelle les saveurs d'Aix-En-Provence.
On y trouve un équilibre dans tous les plats. Félicitations au chef & à son équipe ! Bonne continuité.

Expérience impeccable au Routy, les plats sont absolument délicieux, le décor est magnifique, l'ambiance feutrée & chaleureuse était idéale pour un date night, & le service est top. Je recommande fortement! Déjà hâte d'y retourner.
