I've always been curious about what people were eating whenever I passed by Atwater Market, & I finally got the chance to try it! I ordered the BBQ Chicken, which tasted quite similar to jerk chicken, & the hot sauce on top was delicious with a hint of mango. As for the patties, I tried both the codfish & beef-while the beef one was tasty, the fish one had a bit of a strong flavor. The chicken wings were average & could be skipped. The highlight of the meal was definitely the shrimp. It was perfectly coated, fried to a crispy finish, & paired with a fantastic sauce that made it absolutely irresistible. We even ended up ordering a second round of it! Overall, the portions are on the smaller side, more like tapas. Without drinks, it's about $30 per person.Voir plus

Amazing Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining with my wife at Pikliz in Montreal, & it exceeded all our expectations. The staff was nothing short of amazing-attentive, friendly, & always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was packed with flavor, & you can tell they put real heart into their cooking. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the quality you get. The server & owner were very welcoming & inviting. I was there with 2 vegans: they ordered guava juice, the Accras, the Riz Djondjon (without meat sauce) & the Veggie Pikliz Bowl. I ordered the Riz Colé & gave them a portion before adding chicken sauce & aioli. I also had the Ti Bato & a glass of one of their specialty wines. Everything was wonderful, we were all full! Nice temperature inside, comfortable seating, plus the music was bumping but not so loud that we couldn't hear each other.Voir plus
