Nous avons fait appel au restaurant Persepolis pour un souper privé d'environ 40 personnes dans un chalet que nous avions loué, & nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de leur service du début à la fin.
Tout a été très bien organisé. L'équipe est d'abord venue installer les tables & préparer le nécessaire pour le service. Elle est ensuite revenue vers 16 h avec les repas afin que tout soit prêt pour le souper prévu à 18 h. La ponctualité & l'organisation étaient impeccables.
Deux membres de leur équipe sont restés sur place pour assurer le service. Ils étaient extrêmement polis, professionnels, souriants & très bien organisés. Les plats ont été servis chauds sous forme de buffet, avec une très belle présentation.
Nous avions commandé plusieurs plats : jarret d'agneau accompagné de riz à l'aneth, chelo kebab koobideh, koobideh de poulet, brochettes de poulet désossé, ainsi que de la salade. Tout était chaud, frais, généreux & surtout délicieux.
L'équipe s'est également occupée de la décoration & de la présentation du buffet ainsi que des chaises, ce qui a vraiment contribué à créer une belle ambiance pour notre soirée.
Avant l'événement, nous avons communiqué plusieurs fois par téléphone avec eux pour organiser les détails. Ils ont toujours été patients, disponibles & très clairs dans leurs explications, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurés.
Tout s'est déroulé exactement comme prévu. Excellent service, très bonne communication, ponctualité, professionnalisme & nourriture délicieuse.

We hired Persepolis Restaurant to cater a private dinner for approximately 40 guests at a chalet we had rented, & we were extremely happy with their service from beginning to end.
Everything was very well organized. Their team first came to set up the tables & everything needed for the service. They then returned around 4:00 PM with the food to make sure everything was ready for our 6:00 PM dinner. Their timing & organization were excellent.
Two members of their staff stayed to provide the service, & they were extremely polite, friendly, professional, & well organized. The food was served hot in a beautifully arranged buffet.
We ordered several dishes, including lamb shank with dill rice, chelo kebab koobideh, chicken koobideh, boneless chicken kebab, & salad. Everything was served warm & fresh, the portions were generous, & most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious.
Their team also took care of decorating & arranging the dinner buffet & the chairs, which added a beautiful touch to our evening.
Before the event, we spoke with them several times by phone to coordinate all the details. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were patient, helpful, & took the time to clearly explain everything to us.
Everything went exactly as planned. Excellent communication, punctuality, professionalism, great service, & delicious food.
A big thank you to the entire Persepolis Restaurant team for helping make our evening so successful. We were extremely satisfied & would definitely recommend their services to others, especially for private events & large groups.
Superb quality Persian food.
Was visiting Sherbrooke on business trip. Ended up at this restaurent with my colleague. Surprisingly excellent quality of service & food. The ambiance is awesome. The lady & young men who served us were very well trained & took very good care of most customers around. My colleague wasn't aware of Persian food so she explained well & also brought a testing sample of Doogh (Persian drink, similar to lassi or Chhaas).
We ended up ordering Doogh. Main courses ( i went for veggie platter & colleague went for a chicken platter). Quality of food was unbelievably good. Reminded me about my times in Iran & Dubai where you get best quality Persian food. Presentation of food was also superb as you can see in photos. Must visit place if you like Persian or middle eastern food or Kebabs.
J'ai eu l'occasion de manger plusieurs fois au Persepolis à Sherbrooke & à chaque visite, c'était vraiment top.
Les kebabs persans sont délicieux, bien cuits & pleins de saveurs. L'ambiance est sympa & le service toujours au top.
Si vous aimez la cuisine persane, c'est un endroit à découvrir.

Whenever I'm in Sherbrooke, this is my go-to place to order from on UberEats. The food & service are excellent! Their kebabs, salads, & Persian desserts are delicious, making it a weekly treat I look forward too!
As a local I recently frequented this restaurant because it looked nice & had many good reviews. After having experienced it, there are points (good & bad) I want to share to help other people who are looking forward to going there & also to help the owners with important criticism that need to be addressed. -Service: The service is the main reason I left a lower review. See, the waiter & waitresses were very professional & very nice by any standards. However, the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. We waited about 1h20 before we got out food & it also took them quite a while to take our order in the first place. In total we spent 2h20 minutes in the restaurant including taking a seat, ordering, eating & leaving & yes we did have a reservation. Words cannot describe how absurd that is for a restaurant. Unfortunately, this seems to be a theme for Persian restaurants in Sherbrooke. -Atmosphere: In terms of atmosphere, it really doesn't get better than this. It is very possibly one of the best looking restaurants I've seen. The decor feels very traditional & a lot of the showcased figures brought back nostalgia. Huge advantage to the restaurant. -Food: The food was quite nice. I ordered the Vaziri & it came with a salad, a bowl of rice, a stick of kebab & a stick of chicken. The portions are about what you would expect from a Persian restaurant, so expect huge amounts of rice. It tasted quite nice but it wasn't anything phenomenal by Irainian standards. I would still recommend the food though. -Price: The prices are rather competitive &, in my opinion, well placed for the amount of food we got. Expect to pay around 30-40$/person. In conclusion, it is a lovely restaurant with lovely staff. Just watch out for the absurd wait times. If you're looking to meet up somewhere with a group of people & spend some time with them, this place is for you.
