A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.

The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.

Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

Ce que j aime c est que nous pouvons réserver notre place & quand on est avec notre petit fils c est beaucoup moins long pour lui d'attendre. Très bonne place, & super service. Merci

C'est toujours bon chez Normandin! & le prix est raisonnable, souvent avec des spéciaux intéressants. & on peut même acheter certains produits pour conserver au frigo (sauce à spaghetti, pâtés, etc.) Les banquettes près des fenêtres en hiver sont un peu fraîches, mais c'est à votre choix. Je recommande la pizza aux côtes levées!

La dame qui s'est occupé de nous était très souriante & très gentille (Marie-Claude), on lui a même fait la remarque qu'elle avait un beau sourire.. C'est très important quand on travaille dans le public.

J'ai pris la brochette de poulet. Trop cuite, toute sèche, peu goûteuse servie avec une sauce BBQ au goût bizarre & des patates rondes très grasses. Mon conjoint lui a aimé sa pizza toute garnie.

Le plancher était plutôt sale. Je sais que ce n'est pas toujours évident avec la pénurie de main d'oeuvre sinon pour le reste c'était parfait! Service rapide & très courtois! Merci! Petite critique constructive: peut-être refaire la déco au goût du jour...

C'était vraiment trop long, notre serveuse aurait pu apportez des rôties & des céréales aux enfants. Elle nous a dit que toutes les commandes sont arrivées en même temps. Le resto était à moitié plein.
