A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.

The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.

Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

The service is really slow. We arrived 11:30am. They took our orders too long. & the food arrived 12:42pm. My orders demi lasagne supreme is taste good. Sausage is good because not too salty. Their food servings is enough to finish it.

Notre famille as reçu un très bon service surtout par notre sympathique serveuse pamela qui as fait preuve d'une grande courtoisie & beaucoup d'efficacité ! Bonne cuisine , comme d'habitude, nous avons bien manger ! Je mets une note de 10/10 pour la lasagne sauce à la viande, un classique !

Repas de lasagne vraiment bon . Resto rempli avec des groupes & la serveuse Amélie ainsi que Florence ont fait que malgré un peu d'attente leur service fût excellent .Ambiance très bruyante mais avons passé une belle soirée. P.S Les gens qui donnent pas ou très peu de pourboires car c'est long , c'est froid , c'est cher bla,bla ben restez donc chez-vous pis faites vous à manger !! Ce n'est souvent pas la faute des serveuses & vous leur donnez à peine , c'est leur gagne-pain après tout ouvrez-vous les yeux !!
