"Overall great experience but overcrowded. And most of all, service at the desk is not up to it, limit unprofessional, kind of confused themselves, not up to the task in general. Same for the hostess at the restaurant, but she also was kind of rude and in a hurry to seat us as we were picking for best spot, and then move on. This was not "relaxing"..."
