La nourriture est excellente. Les serveurs & serveuses super gentils mais la séquence de service est à revoir & les gens de la cuisine doivent sortir les plats. Je ne comprends pas tous les délais car plusieurs plats sont froid donc facile à monter à l'avance. Monsieur le chef, améliorer vos processus entre la cuisine & la salle. Les clients seront contents, les serveurs feront plus de pourboire & vous aurez de meilleurs avis.
I Love the food presentation, the service. But I wanna be honest about the taste. Some options are gd but some others are savourless. The soup was gd the burger was good. The bettrave salad is okay the shrimp was tasteless.
Nous avions reçu une carte cadeau pour une entrée au spa, incluant le souper. Ce fut une fabuleuse découverte gastronomique (entrée, repas & dessert). Un gros WOW!!!

Je suis aller au restaurant Du Nord après une SUPER de belle expérience thermale au Ström St-Hilaire. Malheureusement, ma soirée ce termine pas aussi bien que le spa.
J'ai comme serveur, un jeune homme francais, aux lunettes ronde & une petite barbe, dont son nom m'échappe. Une fois à ma table & tout au long de son service, il avais une attitude arrogante, comme si je l'avais déranger. Pas de sourir, pas de bonjour, pas de bienvenue & pas de suivi. Première chose qui sort de sa bouche est,'Avez-vous choisi?'
Premièrement j'ai choisi comme brevage, un café americano, sucre & crème. Je reçois mon café sans sucre & crème. Je redemande à 2 reprise sans résultat. Après 20min. d'attente, j'ai dû demander à une autre serveuse pour en avoir.
Ensuite j'ai choisi une soupe & le sandwich au porc braisé, qui était en passant, excellent. Le serveur français m'apporte mes assiettes toujours avec un air & une attitude arrogante. C'est à ce moment que j'ai demandé de me changé de section.
La serveuse a été tellement merveilleuse, très beau sourir, joyeuse & très attentionné que je lui est donné en cachette, un pourboire de $25.
Du personnelle comme ce français, on peux réellement sans passé. Si t'aime pas ton travail, reste à la maison car on n'en veux pas des faces & des attitudes comme la tienne.
Belle carte de saison avec des plats raffinés & un bon choix de vins.
Le cadre est superbe & on peut manger directement en peignoir, ce qui ajoute à l'expérience détente.
Nous y sommes allés un samedi - il y avait beaucoup de monde sur le site, donc je recommande de réserver à l'avance, surtout aux heures de pointe.
Mention spéciale pour la planche à partager en apéro, excellente & généreuse !
Seul petit bémol : le service un peu long - comptez environ 1h30 pour bien profiter du repas.
Dans l'ensemble, une belle expérience culinaire dans un cadre relaxant.
Nous avons soupé quelque fois au restaurant Nord & à chaque fois c'était une superbe expoérience. Le eservice était bon, la nourriture était vraiment excellente & les prix raisonables pour le type de plats proposé. Ne laissez pas la note de 3.8 étoiles vous freiner.
Nourriture fraîche & de qualité, toutefois le menu est très limité & manque d'options qui plaisent à tous, je n'ai rien trouvé qui me donnait vraiment envie à première vue, & je ne suis habituellement pas difficile. Trop d'ingrédients'recherchés' légumes racines etc. qui ne sont pas nécessaires. Pas d'option de salade-repas autre que la rémoulade de crevettes avec des légumes peu communs. Il manque un goût réconfortant. S'il y avait d'autres options de restaurants sur le site, je ne retournerais pas au restaurant Nord.

I cannot rave enough on the quality, flavor & presentation of their plates, i HIGHLY recommend the glazed carrot with coppa starter, flavors absolutely to die for. The staff are sooooo attentive, clean up our plates as soon as our forks are down, giving us as much time to order as we like, not pushy but attentive, the dessert is a must try, the baked Alaska my daughter would only let me try one bite, she devoured it, it was absolutely incredible. If I could give this place 100*** i would, incredible. It came to 150$ (no alcohol) for the 2 of us (including 20$ tip)
Good atmosphere, great service, disappointing food.
We came here twice a year every year for the last 5 years & the menu & portions kind of went downhill.
We had the duck & the lamb sandwich, & though they are not bad, we were used to leaving there feeling full since the old menu had plates that included the soups. The duck portion was so small, we thought the'riz soufflé' part of the plate was actual rice but it turned out to be (literally) a few grains spread out as decoration. Plus, there was an extra charge on that plate that we were not clear on.
Our total value was 200$ for two people for two plates, two drinks, one dessert & tips. If it weren't for the vouchers we received as gifts, that would have been a big let down for the premium price.
The desserts are amazing though, highly recommended!!
