This place makes the best food ever i swear, the tikka masala & pani puri was so good. Masala chai also very good. The puris seem to be homemade & the tikka masala is fresh & so tasty. The hostess is very nice & the ambiance of the restaurant is great. They also serve halal food which is nice. We regularly visit this spot for Indian food, usually takeout, but dining in is a good atmosphere too. The butter chicken is the best, it's creamy & rich, with just the right balance of spices, & the garlic naan is perfect. I came back recently & decided to check out their new juice bar. The owner gave us freshly made sugarcane juice & orange juice & it was sooo good. It was so refreshing, & I honestly haven't tasted anything like it outside of India. It's a must-try if you're looking for something delicious & healthy. Will definitely be back for more!Voir plus

This place is such a gem & deserves a 5 Star rating by all means. Owners are caring & staff is friendly; Manpreet is a superstar. Food is of supreme quality. You cant go wrong with anything you order from the menu. Coming to ambience, there are hardly any indian restaurants in or near Montreal that has character. Mr India definitely has one. I recently attended an event where I had the opportunity to try the food from Mr. India Restaurant. First, let me talk about the owner-he was incredibly welcoming & generous, I sampled the biryani, chicken chili, aloo tikki, butter chicken, & chicken kebabs. The biryani was a standout-flavorful, not just the typical rice with colored & boiled chicken. It had a rich masala, & the chicken was perfectly tender. The chicken kebabs were juicy, with a generous portion size that impressed me. The chicken chili had a delightful crunch, perfectly glazed to give it that fresh & savory flavor. & I almost forgot the butter chicken! It wasn't the usual sweet kind but had a tandoori twist. The chicken was tender, & the velvety gravy tied it all together beautifully. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely be visiting again!Voir plus
