In general in montreal & everywhere in the world, the restaurant experience has changed. Recently, I've found experiences disappointing: food recipes not great & too expensive for the quality, level of service not enjoyable, etc. Our lunch at Melisse was incredible ! The waitress, from the start, set the tone for the great quality of service we were about to have. She is passionate & very knowledgeable. The food was so flavourful, with recipes that put forward the quality ingredients used. This is a great go-to to threat yourself !Voir plus

We went for weekend brunch on Saturday (highly recommend making reservations as this place is always busy). It's a fantastic atmosphere to have brunch in, light & airy with lots of greenery that contrasts nicely to the snow outside. We ordered chai latte, hot chocolate & jasmine tea & the pancakes (they came with coffee syrup & were orange flavored). The pancakes were truly amazing. Service was very pleasant. Overall a very enjoyable brunch spot in the Old Port.Voir plus
via LibroNot only is the food fantastic, the staff is super friendly. This resto has a secluded area for people to talk privately. As a hard-of-hearing person, the area allows me to have conversations with ease. My fave resto in Montréal!
