Je donnerais un bon 7 étoiles sur 5 à ce resto pour le service & le repas. Menu dégustation 5 services avec accord mets vins = un DÉLICE. J'ai voulu liché mon assiette à chaque service. Vraiment. Wow.

Excellent repas, nous avons pris le menu blanc avec l'accord mets & vin. Nous avons aimé le concept du cuisinier qui vient à la table pour expliquer le plat. Serveur très attentionné avec une explication de chaque vins servis. Le prix est un peu cher pour deux personnes mais cela en vaut la peine.
Salle pas très grande, nous y sommes allés un lundi, la salle n'était pas complète. Musique d'ambiance discrète. Nous recommandons ce restaurant aux personnes désireuses d'expérimenter un autre style de cuisine & de restauration.

Excellent service, belle équipe. Belle expérience. Toutefois aucun des services de la carte blanche, ne m'as surpris, déstabilisé, fais voir de la nouveauté ou de la créativité... les goûts étaient justes les assaisonnements bons, mais il ma manquer la touche de folie, le facteur wow, la chose dont je vais me rappeler... Somme toute content d'avoir encourager ce nouveau resto. Force à vous & lâchez pas l'équipe.
