C'était notre deuxième expérience au Mastard & si nous avions été soufflés lors de notre première visite au printemps dernier, nous le sommes tout autant cette fois-ci. Leur menu Carte blanche 5 services est une expérience culinaire hors norme. Bravo!

Malheureusement le peux était beaucoup trop élevé pour le menu carte blanche essayé. Manque de texture (rien de croquant, de craquant) & d'effet wow. Pas beaucoup de recherche (& de découvertes pour le client) au niveau des saveurs & des mélanges. Vin d'importation a $20/verre c'est trop cher pour ce qu'on a but dans l'accord met/vin & encore ici, rien qui s'est démarqué. Déception
