L'endroit est chaleureux tout en étant minimaliste. Le service est exceptionnel & pleine de petites attentions, carte des cocktails originale avec de belles options sans alcool. Nous avons goûté au menu omnivore & végétal (avec accord vin bio/nature qui était «on point»), superbe utilisation des légumes de saison & de viandes locales. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le menu végétal qui est était juste WOW (la recherche est là)! Le rapport qualité/prix est parfaitement acceptable. On y retourne? Définitivement! Merci à toute l'équipe :)

I give this restaurant a 15 out of 10! I've been lucky enough to eat several of Chef Simon Mathis' tasting menus & each time, I think it's probably the best food I've ever eaten. He is a treasure & Montreal is very fortunate to have him!

Un lundi pas comme les autres. Toujours du plaisir pour les papilles! Le menu végétal était exquis, pas une version du menu omnivore, loin de là! Accord avec vin différent pour les deux menus. Que du WOW pour une équipe de feu tant en cuisine qu'au service. Continuez votre magnifique travail d'artisan & d'artiste!

Qualité du service irréprochable & ce même si la personne responsable de notre table a quittée en milieu de soirée pour une raison indépendante de sa volonté.
Cuisine inventive & choix des vins corrects.
Sans dénigré aucuns des plats tout au contraire, à mon point de vue personnel le dessert basé sur la carotte vaut à lui seul le détou
