After paying the bill, the staff called me cheap because they were unhappy with the tip. This kind of behavior is rude & unprofessional.
This review is based on first impressions & not that we ate there. I wouldn't.
First of all they only take cash. At the price of food now & the fact that they seem to shun on 15% tips, you would think they would offer the choice to pay by card.
But as we decided to leave because'no card', we were pulling out from the back of resto (where we were parked), we saw that they had their bucket of thai basil right beside their garbage container( 3 feet away approx.)
No thank you!!
Nous y allons souvent en groupe, la nourriture toujours au delà de mes attentes, tous les plats sont bons, le service est professionnel & courtois, je recommande vivement cet endroit.
La nourriture était très bonne & les prix sont raisonnables. Cependant, ils ne prennent que de l'argent comptant, qui est inconvénient de nos jours.
Went early with a small group & got the vibe that they didn't really want us to be there. Food is good but I won't be back.
J'ai pris le 4b & je dois dire que le poulet très bien mariné, les crevettes bien grillé...mais le boeuf était plus excellent, c'est le meilleur que j'ai mangé. Très bon restaurant apportez votre vin. Vous ne serez pas déçu

if you don't plan of giving them more than 15% tip dont go because they look like they arent happy. the meal was good but my god if they could charge you for a glass of water they would. im sorry but 15% is more than enough, we work hard for our money & any amount more than the total bill should be enough no matter what amount. you lost a customer & many more with your attitude.
Bon rapport qualité prix. Les choix sont variés. Style vietnamien. Le service est tjrs courtois & rapide. Un classique parmi les restaurants encore en vie à Châteauguay.
Menu variés service impeccable à l'écoute de nos demande les plats chaud & savoureux je vais i retourner sur !!
First time here & it was excellent! Had a tonkinoise soup & it was amazing. Take out set up was great & service was excellent. Will be back here for more. Happy you have found a new spot in Châteauguay!
J'y vais depuis l'ouverture il y a plus de 25 ans & ça demeure mon restaurant préféré. Toujours la même qualité, toujours à la hauteur de mes attentes. C'est le premier restaurant Vietnamien à Châteauguay & c'est un restaurant familial.
