Les hot-dogs sont vraiment délicieux & les frites maison sont excellentes, c'est d'ailleurs pour ça qu'on aime venir chez Lafleur. Par contre, ce que j'ai vu hier ça m'a un peu attristée, le monsieur âgé criait à haute voix sur les employés en cuisine surtout concernant les frites ce qui a créé une ambiance vraiment malaisante. Les employés avaient l'air très gênés & stressés, pourtant ils faisaient de leur mieux pour travailler calmement & efficacement.
Je pense que c'est peut-être le responsable, mais ce genre de comportement devant tout le monde crée vraiment une ambiance lourde, autant pour les employés que pour les clients. Travailler en cuisine demande déjà beaucoup de pression, donc un peu de respect & de patience ferait une grande différence.
Malgré ça, j'ai trouvé que certains employés restaient polis & professionnels, ce qui mérite d'être souligné. J'espère sincèrement que l'ambiance pourra s'améliorer, parce que l'endroit a du potentiel & les employés méritent de travailler dans un environnement plus positif & respectueux.

The tofu hot dogs are amazing.
The staff is very nice, always smiling, & the service is great. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
