This review is only for the hotel: Well I am not fond of a restaurant & hotel joint so this was my first experience. I was extremely skeptical at first because I had to check in at the restaurant desk. Receptionist was a bit scrambled but overall very kind & patient. The hotel isn't inside the restaurant (thankfully), but just beside the restaurant. If you're staying at the hotel, make sure you check in within the restaurant hours as the hotel doesn't offer after hours check in! The price was cheap so I wasen't expecting much. There's no elevator to access the rooms upstairs. The rooms are better than I expected, although I didn't have much expectations. The paint choices are dated but there were a lot of amenities provided like plastic cups, coffee, hair dryer, fridge, soap, & a microwave. I didn't use all of the amenities so I cant speak for their function. I liked that the room was kept cool. Overall, this is a place for you to sleep for the night & the hotel served its purpose. I'd consider coming back. The location of the hotel is awesome though. There's a McDonalds & Tim Hortons right across the street. If you need gas it's right beside the hotel too. The hotel is located just off Highway 40 which was really convenient for us because we had a road trip the next day going towards Montreal.
Nous avons visité le buffet du samedi soir & avons trouvé la présentation soignée. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le choix limité des plats proposés. La saveur des aliments était plutôt ordinaire, manquant d'originalité & de raffinement. Ce buffet nous a rappelé ceux des hôtels tout compris en République dominicaine ou à Cuba, avec une qualité similaire mais sans se démarquer. Globalement, nous n'avons pas été impressionnés par cette expérience & pensons qu'il y a de la place pour des améliorations, notamment en diversifiant les options & en rehaussant la qualité des saveurs.
