Une de mes plus belles découvertes à Montréal depuis longtemps! Heritaj propose une cuisine française magnifiquement exécutée, avec une touche d'influence indienne qui apporte une richesse & une originalité incroyables aux saveurs. Nous avons goûté plusieurs entrées à partager - chacune était un coup de coeur. Tout était savoureux, bien présenté, & parfaitement équilibré. Un vrai voyage gustatif! L'ambiance est aussi soignée que l'assiette. Heritaj est définitivement un endroit à refaire sans hésitation. Je vous recommande fortement!

Le service à la clientèle était très compréhensif & accommodant.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié Mathieu qui était présent, chaleureux & toujours souriant jusqu'à la fin de la soirée.
Il est sans aucun doute une pépite pour le restaurant l'héritage.
Cuisine très bonne dans l'ensemble. Les plats mélangeant les cultures françaises, indiennes & locales sont plutôt réussis, équilibrés & assez copieux. Une expérience intéressante & une agréable soirée, agrémentée d'un service impeccable (merci Mathieu). 2 petits bémols, une ambiance musicale répétitive & un peu trop présente (à mon goût), & un vin blanc italien correct...sans plus.
We were a group of 8 for a birthday celebration & I can really recommend this restaurant. The service from Mathieu & team was outstanding, really going beyond to ensure that we had a great experience.
The food was delicious, good portions & well plated. The group had lamb, sea bass, duck & salmon dishes & all were great. They also plated desserts on a board for us to share as a finale to our meal. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful & you feel right at home.
A wonderful evening & look forward to returning there soon!
This was very disappointing food & service experience... uncooked meat & the waiter spilled wine on the table never cleaned it up, the tartare was returned was gone bad //extreme raw fishy taste & the 6 chicken pieces all uncooked please do a revamp it was disappointing the wines were great & terrace

Service was weird slow for so little people

J'ai adoré mon expérience! Merci à Mathieu & à toute l'équipe pour l'excellent service. La terrasse est magnifique, les cocktails signature délicieux & les huîtres à 1$ vraiment généreuses. Je vous recommande aussi le tartare de thon qui était excellent. Je suis retournée 2 fois pour cette entrée.
Service vraiment très lent, un vendredi soir. L'agneau de mon conjoint était mal cuit.
Peu d'options végétariennes, seulement du poisson ou viandes en met principal.

We recently had a corporate dinner at Heritaj, & it was a great experience. The ambiance was perfect for a team gathering-very polished. The service was attentive & friendly, & the food was excellent across the board. Everyone enjoyed their meals, & the overall experience contributed to a memorable evening. Highly recommend for group events or team dinners!

This is a Wednesday evening with temperature just above freezing point & decided to have dinner at Heritaj. It is normal at this time of the year that the restaurant is not overly busy.
We received a very warm greeting in this upscale restaurant with a sophisticated decor & inviting atmosphere.
We ordered the Carré d'Agneau du Quebec Aux Rabioles Biryani, Thon Rouge à La Niçoise, Moules Palourdes & Kebab Masala. Heritaj specializes in Indo-French cuisine & these menus are exactly the chef d'oeuvres of this restaurant.
The Carré d'Agneau (Rack of Lamb) was cooked to perfection, so tender & meaty on a myriad of veggies like Brussels sprouts, coriander & pistachios … & a touch of biryani spices.
The Thon Rouge (Is it yellowfin or bluefin tuna?) is lightly seared, perfectly medium-rare, with a delicate crust & a vibrant ruby-red center. Served on top of a crispy papadum, complemented by a fresh herb salad, & a drizzle of zesty emulsion for a bright, citrusy finish.
The Moules & palourdes (Mussels & Clams) is an impressive plate. I mean impressive. Very French Italian spaghetti sauce, meatballs & lots of onions. Did I say lots of thick, finger licking sauce? This is a plate for 2 adults … easily. I have to deduct half a star for some sand in the mussels or clams.
I would have preferred a bit less aggressivity on the salt level. Overall, simply delicious, with good service.
Nothing can be finalized without having a look at the washrooms. There are 4 individual unisex locked cubicles, clean & shiny, with a touch of equipment sophistication, like a feminine hygiene disposal unit & a fresh air dispenser. There is one main dual sink outside the washroom, equipped with touchless faucet, soap dispenser & an automatic Dyson Airblade hand dryer.
I believe there is a paid underground parking that the restaurant would pick up the bill.
Totally recommend if you are looking for an upscale dining experience.
Superbe restaurant dans le vieux montréal! La nourriture est délicieuse, les couleurs des mets sont superbes & le service est exceptionnel. Les cocktails sont aussi beaux que bons! Nous avons adoré le foie gras, les pétoncles & les boulettes d'agneau. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner!
Tres beau restaurant avec belle ambiance. Les plats que nous avons commandés étaient délicieux. On recommande les pétoncles, le tataki de boeuf est succulent & le saumon en plat principal. La pieuvre était différente mais surprenante il faut aimer. Merci pour le bon service de notre serveur.
