I have been excited to try this place since it first opened. I went for lunch with a friend during a Friday afternoon. I am not sure if this is typically for them but they had run out of a few ingredients & were not able to make what we had ordered. I found it weird that they didn't tell us this before we ordered. I have some food intolerances so it was a bit frustrating that they had to change everything at the last minute. I ended up with a salad. Presentation of everything was great. However, the salad was lacking flavor & was a bit disappointing.
I was here for a fashion event, the hostess was super charming & the rest of the staff were great. The place is beautiful & I would definitely come back. The only disappointment was that the food portions are too small.
Le cadre du restaurant est tout simplement magnifique & très bien agencé. La terrasse extérieure, avec son jet d'eau, apporte une ambiance apaisante & élégante. C'est l'endroit parfait pour organiser un événement, que ce soit un anniversaire ou une réception corporative.
Nous y avons organisé un événement M3 & avons été ravis de l'expérience. Bien que je n'aie pas eu l'occasion d'essayer le menu régulier puisque l'équipe avait préparé un menu spécial pour notre groupe, je compte bien revenir pour le découvrir.
Superbe terrasse avec un service des plus sympa. Entre les plats indiennes & français , nous avons dévorer chaque plat avec avec plaisir. Un des meilleurs latte à Montréal. À très bientôt.

We had lunch here & food was very delicious. Alittle upscale so if your expectation of this place is going to be abit pricey than you will enjoy it alot. The food & atmosphere make up for it so give it a try.
We had this dining experience at Heritaj. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the service was attentive without being rushed.
Every dish was beautifully presented & bursting with authentic flavors - you can really taste the quality & care in the cooking.
My hubby had a butter chicken, of course not the flavour he expected as in an Indian restaurant 😂
I ordered a fillet mignon since the duck was not available ( the duck was busy in Disney Land lol)
Filet mignon medium rare was cooked to the perfect level. However no seasoning at all. But there is a flavourful peppercorn sauce on the side.
We are there celebrate our wedding anniversary. I thought there will be something a bit special. But not really. No surprise dessert nor special decor.
If you want to have this indo French experience, it is a nice restaurant to try :)
Was looking forward to trying this place but it was a let down. Everything we ordered was bland, & considering how expensive it was, nothing stood out. Everyone in our group was also unimpressed with the experience. There are much better restaurants in the area.
Food was good but pricey. Service was terrible. We had 7:45 pm reservations on a Saturday in July 2025. Restaurant was not that busy. Took over an hour to get our main meal after appetizers. Never had a chance to order wine after our cocktails.
Absolutely loved everything about my dining experience here! I had the oysters (1$ special), chicken wings & seafood orzo, everything was absolutely delicious. To top it off, the ambiance & service couldn't have been better! I'll definitely come again.
Beautiful place, exceptional design. High-end Indo-French fusion, down-to-earth servers & manager. Very good service.
Currently running happy hour $1 oysters. Almost forgot, jazz trio (Thursday 6pm) great fun.

C'était ma deuxième visite au restaurant Héritaj & encore une fois, 5/5 à tous les niveaux! Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes & vraiment tout le monde a adoré! Le service d'Alice fut attentionné & chaleureux.
Nous avons débuté la soirée avec un apéro sur la terrasse, avec en trame de fond la musique « live » d'un trio Jazz. Un agréable moment. L'Espresso martini était délicieux!
Nous avons passé la suite du repas à l'intérieur. Décor toujours aussi magnifique.
En entrée, nous avons partagé le foie gras, la burrata & les brochettes de poulet. Coup de coeur pour le poulet!
En plat principal, l'orzotto aux fruits de mer était copieux & savoureux. Longue vie à ce trésor caché du Vieux-Montréal!
The place is very nice, but you can't trust a book by its cover, & it's the same with this restaurant, you can see the lack of professionalism except for one or two diners, the meat we ordered (which was not cheap) was the most ordinary possible. In the kitchen you could hear them having a good time, with laughter & jokes that we could hear from our seat.
Lack of professionalism for a'not cheap' restaurant, & mediocre food (at least what we ordered).
