It was probably a bad day for this place as I had a sandwich before & it was good. This week, the ban mi sandwich was not good: cold bread, not fresh at all. Saw two employees using their hands to handle the food while at same time scratching neck, face & checking the phone. Gloves or no gloves is not important as long as the hands are clean. Not going back unfortunately.
they add an extra $2 for spicy? I didn't know until I got my receipt. don't appreciate that! & the pad thai was like a sambal soup at that point, not too great, sorry

A Wonderful Experience at HA
I had a great lunch at'HA' restaurant today. The staff were fantastic - very friendly & created a really fun atmosphere. The pad thai was delicious, & I also really enjoyed their signature tea. It was a lovely touch to the meal. I will definitely be returning!
J'ai testé le poulet citronnelle avec vermicelle. J'avais plus l'impression de manger une somme d'ingrédients qu'un repas préparé. La quantité était un peu légère également
The bao buns had good flavours but the bun itself was dry & clearly not fresh from that day. The pad Thai came with only 3 small pieces of pork, also came with a tiny slice of lime that was pretty much yellow. Also got their house iced tea which was way too sweet & tasted like soap.
The Pad Thai with shrimp was absolutely divine! The flavors were perfectly balanced, & the shrimp were cooked to perfection. I also want to note the exceptional speed of the cooks. There were only two of them, but their actions looked coordinated & effective. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received my order 😌

La terrasse couverte est magnifique! Super ambiance malgré la pluie à l'extérieur. Malheureusement, la Pho & les Bao Buns étaient... ordinaires: soupe graisseuse & saveur fade. Trop de sauce dans les buns.
This is the best place I've eaten in Montreal! I ordered soup & bao bans with pork, it was incredibly delicious! I would like to thank all the employees for making people happier with their dishes! I also want to note that I waited for my order for less than 5 minutes. Very tasty & very fast! I recommend everyone to visit this place)
