Restaurant h3, under the direction of Chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère (Le Coureur des Bois and La Cabane du Coureur), offers an accessible culinary experience that celebrates the richness of Quebec’s terroir while being supported by one of the most beautiful wine cellars in the province. Located on the 2nd floor of the Humaniti Hotel in downtown Montreal, this place of discovery highlights the seasonality and rhythm of our climate, enhancing the magnificent local products.

Went there for brunch. What a great experience. The bagel was actually toasted crispy. You could taste the crunchiness every bite. The smoked salmon & the cream cheese collaborate well together! It's very fresh & not fishy at all. The sauce on the salad is well dressed. The duck poutine is so amazing, the meat melted with the cheese in your mouth along with the fries. Came here for brunch. Had the pancakes & a fried egg. The pancakes were good, but nothing too special. The berries on the pancakes were the star of the show, so fresh & delicious. The fried egg was not so good, the texture was a bit off. Service was excellent & I appreciate that they put real maple syrup on the tables.View more

It was a delightful experience to have dinner here. Our friend invited us to eat here for the tasting menu. It locates in the heart of Montreal. The atmosphere here is cozy & lively. It gives us a great moment to relax. The staffs were attentive & knowledgeable which gave us an exceptional service experience. They provided excellent explanation & recommendation throughout the meal. We tried variety of dishes which came with different wine. They were complementing the meal perfectly. We had our dessert in the wine cellar which is one of the biggest wine cellar in Montreal. It was pretty impressed me. It is definitely worth to try.View more

Il n'y a que quelques bouteilles à moins de 100$ lorsqu'on peut les retrouver à 1/4 du prix à la SAQ.
