Restaurant h3, under the direction of Chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère (Le Coureur des Bois and La Cabane du Coureur), offers an accessible culinary experience that celebrates the richness of Quebec’s terroir while being supported by one of the most beautiful wine cellars in the province. Worst experience of my life! Our party of 5 people had a reservation was for 9 a.m. on Easter Sunday. Confirmed that we had a spot from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Got a call the day before to see we wanted the regular menu or Easter brunch. We opted for the regular menu. We arrived on time. Then the fun begins... We were given water. Coffee came 20 minutes later. Order finally taken at 9:45. Never offered more coffee. Waited another, I would say was about 25 minutes. Orders finally arrives at around 10:15. Remember, our spot was reserved until 10:30... Four out of the five plates were wrong. They were set back & returned 5 minutes later with even more disarray. Again, plates were not what we ordered. Total chaos! In the end, I was the only one who got what she asked for... But, if you every want to order the pancakes with "petits fruits", beware! You will get three two/three inch pancakes (more like thin crepes), five berries & a few sugared nuts with a dash of canned whipped cream. The only two good things with this meal... 1) I was with family & friends & 2) it was on the house! Hence, one star because I couldn't put ZERO stars!

Excelente decoración & ambiance, mais le service n'était pas bon. Nous sommes arrivé midi pile & nous avons reçu les plats vers 1:20.

Excellent soirée. Chacun des plats était un festival de saveur & de raffinement. Un chef de grand talent & une serveuse sympathique & professionnelle. De loin notre meilleur restaurant des dernières années. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Leslie & Amelie sont deux sommelières passionnées qui vous feront passer des moments inoubliables quel que soit votre envie & votre budget.

C'était une 2e expérience pour moi là-bas & cette fois-ci avec un groupe de 14 personnes plutôt qu'en couple. Je n'ai que des fleurs à ofrrir à ce resto qui se doit de devenir un incontournable de Montréal!

Nous n'avons pas senti de pression pour consommer plus. & je dois aussi mentionner que nous avions la possibilité de donner un pourboire de 15,18,etc %. Ce qui devient rare présentement dans la restauration. On commence souvent à 18%, on semble avoir oublié le 15% pré covid 19. Merci à tous.
