Restaurant h3, under the direction of Chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère (Le Coureur des Bois and La Cabane du Coureur), offers an accessible culinary experience that celebrates the richness of Quebec’s terroir while being supported by one of the most beautiful wine cellars in the province. Located on the 2nd floor of the Humaniti Hotel in downtown Montreal, this place of discovery highlights the seasonality and rhythm of our climate, enhancing the magnificent local products.

What an awesome introduction & welcome to Montreal!!
Alec, the bartender was amazing. He was knowledgeable, engaging, super friendly, attentive & just an all around great guy. We had three plates, the burger, the house frittes & hamachi. Everything was great, the burger especially. The hamachi was on the small side, (we were fairly warned) but still extremely tasty. On a busy Saturday night, Alec created a fantastic atmosphere in the bar & had everyone talking with each other having a great time. It was a great experience we will always remember, our first night in Montreal.View more

La carte du menu n'est pas longue mais suffisante pour trouver quelque chose à son goût.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par les plats servis. Nous nous attendions pas à aussi bon & aussi bien présenté.

We had booked a dinner elsewhere for a retirement party & it was cancelled short notice. H3 was able to accommodate a group of 16 at the last minute & gave us an experience that far surpassed expectations. The food was exceptional & the service staff attentive not intrusive so the group could visit/talk. The ambiance was really nice & everyone said this was the best meal they've had out in awhile. That says alot as it is Montreal! Duck magret & the cod dish were favourites as well as the tasting menu. Well priced.View more

Cette fois ci pour un anniversaire , merci au personnel qui on pris le temps de nous permettre de profiter du cellier exclusif du H3 .

This review is only for the bar on the second floor & not the adjoining restaurant.
There was a private event for about 40 on Monday Oct 4 so the main area was noisy & the service slow. The music is very loud too. Hard to hold a regular conversation.
Ordered the hamachi & it was not appetizing to look at nor to eat. Also ordered the fried prawn & they were overdone. That’s $40 total.
The waiters were pleasant & did their best. However I do not recommend at all. If you are wondering why the pictures are so in “infrared” well that’s the overall lighting in the lounge.View more

C'est une expérience culinaire renouvelée (nouveau menu découverte notamment pour l'huître pochée & l'incomparable filet mignon IPE) jumelée à une équipe formidable (Laurie, toujours aussi attentionnée, Amélie, sommelière & conseillère avant tout, & la visite suprise du Sous-chef exécutif Chen en fin de repas). Excellente soirée pour l'anniversaire de notre ami. Nous avons eu le privilège de prendre le dessert dans le cellier, WoW ! Tout les employés étaient à l'écoute & très gentils ! Une petite suggestion:
peut-être avoir du pain, olives ou autres pour se mettre sous la dent en patientant pour notre repas... pour le reste, tout était parfait ! Merci :
