Restaurant h3, under the direction of Chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère (Le Coureur des Bois and La Cabane du Coureur), offers an accessible culinary experience that celebrates the richness of Quebec’s terroir while being supported by one of the most beautiful wine cellars in the province. Located on the 2nd floor of the Humaniti Hotel in downtown Montreal, this place of discovery highlights the seasonality and rhythm of our climate, enhancing the magnificent local products.

Had a wonderfuull experience dining here for a dinner course.
We were touring & had snacked before, so got the 5 course dinner instead of 7.
I added the lobster tail & it was absolutely worth it. Every plate of the course was unique & tasted great.
The wine pairing was a great experience as well. All the wines had very clean finish, which we did like.
The place has great atmosphere overall & the course menu food came out in a timely manner. We had plans afterwards & were able to finish the whole course in an hour & a half.
The course menu pricing was fair, & with 4 wine glasses total, the wine pairing classique price was fair as well.View more

We go to a restaurant of this calibre once a year. The service & atmosphere is exceptional. We had the 5 course tasting menu. The food is very good, however there was a significant difference in the cooking & subsequent texture of the veal tenderloin for my wife & I. Mine was tough which was my only disappointment for the night. The dessert was top tier. My wife got the cocktail pairing & I got the lowest tier wine pairing - both were impressively matched with their respective meals, however even I could tell the wines themselves were not of great quality & I don't drink much wine. If you are a regular wine drinker then I think you'd be disappointed with this tier & would suggest to get the mid-tier or higher tier pairing.View more

J'y suis allée pour célébrer un anniversaire (grand groupe) & le processus de réservation était efficace. J'ai pris le menu dégustation & c'était tout simplement délicieux, frais & bien exécuté. J'ai sincèrement adoré découvrir chaque service, ils ont le soucis du détail & ça se ressent!
J'ai été servie par Alexandra, elle a rendue l'expérience très agréable avec son service impeccable.

We stumbled into this restaurant on pure luck & really tired legs. Found a gem that was so delicious. The halibut was perfection. The risotto was a vegetarian dream. Save room for dessert.
