Restaurant GIWA offers an elevated and authentic Korean dining experience that distinguishes itself from standard eateries through a focus on precision, seasonal ingredients, and meticulous presentation. Patrons frequently praise the high quality of dishes like the signature sotbap, Korean fried chicken with unique cheese foam, and creative, fusion-inspired desserts. Great staff & ambiance. The beef noodle soup & the raw beef appetizer were particularly tasty. Thanks !

Excellent Korean restaurant. The food is authentic & delicious. The esthetics are appealing & the taste is amazing. For Korean food, it is on the pricier side; however, it is well worth it. The waitress is knowlegeable & explains every dish. I truly recommend the yukhwe (beef tartare) & the haemul jang (raw seafood platter). The sotbap was excellent too. The rice & beef come with many side dishes.

I have no pictures of the food & the vibe of the place, but trust when I tell you this restaurant is a must! 💯

The service was good, the food tasted authentic & delicious, & the portions were perfect for us! Don't go there expecting oversized North American portions. But you'll definitely leave feeling full & satisfied.

We had 2 appetizers (seaweed rolls & fried chicken), & we had the braised short ribs for our main. It came with rice, radish, & kimchi on the side.

FYI, the kimchi was fire! Loved it 😋

We were way too full to order a dessert, but we'll be back!

We went to Giwa for a birthday & what a beautiful suprise it was.

The fried chicken was excellent & the smoked Gouda foam was definitely one of those things that makes you go WOW.

But the definite great surprise for me was the Doenjang creme brûlée which was a complete surprise & a very unique flavor profile that I haven't really seen anywhere else. A must try !

We will definitely come back.

Merci!
