Amazing food from start to finish. I had the burger & it was absolutely delicious, & the fries were SO good. Dessert was a 10/10. But the real star was the martini, made to absolute perfection. Like a cigarette on a Paris balcony on a hot summer night. I can't wait to go back.
Really enjoyed our dinner at Croquette. The tomato salad was one of my favourite dishes, fresh, simple, & full of flavour. The burger was delicious & very flavourful, & cooking over charcoal really takes the flavours to another level. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a warm & inviting design that fits the concept perfectly. We had a great time & are very happy to have this new addition to Saint-Henri. Good job, Chef Charles & the entire team!

Je n'ai absolument rien de négatif à dire sur ma visite!! Nous nous sommes partagé le club sandwich, le burger & la salade, en plus du sundae & du gâteau au maïs. C'est goûteux, c'est réconfortant, c'est copieux, mais surtout, ce sont des plats qu'on déguste dans un décor chaleureux & animé qui nous transporte pour la soirée. Tout y est! Je souhaite un grand succès à toute l'équipe & j'ai déjà hâte de revenir!

La parfaite balance entre confort, intimité & ambiance décontractée. L'atmosphère est incroyable & l'attention portée aux détails est vraiment réussie. Les banquettes sont pensées pour accommoder des petits & grands groupes. Avec la lumière tamisée & la musique qui y joue, on a juste envie d'y rester pendant des heures!
Mes énormes coups de coeur : le slush bleu à la vodka, le burger-frites, le contrefilet, le sundae & la mousse au chocolat. Tout était absolument délicieux!
Croquette est le genre d'adresse qu'on découvre & qu'on a presque envie de garder pour soi. Une salle chaleureuse, une équipe souriante, une ambiance qui fonctionne aussi bien pour une date que pour un souper entre amis ou un souper en famille (les petits compris. Les prix sont franchement très raisonnables pour la qualité dans l'assiette & ils ont une superbe carte des vins & cocktails délicieux & abordables qui donnent envie.
Le burger est, à mon avis, l'un des meilleurs en ville : boulette cuite parfaitement, pickles maison juste assez acidulés & pain maison moelleux, légèrement grillé pour garder la bouchée parfaite jusqu'à la fin. Le tartare de boeuf à l'os à moelle est riche, soyeux & profondément gourmand, tandis que le contre-filet, avec sa sauce chasseur, ses chanterelles & son persil frais, est exécuté avec beaucoup de justesse.
& le pina colada… un petit coup de coeur. La texture : du jamais vu : Crémeux, frais, parfaitement sucré & presque assez gourmand pour être un dessert.
Croquette donne cette impression rare d'assister aux débuts de quelque chose qui va compter. Un futur classique montréalais dont on dira probablement, dans quelques années :'j'y allais avant que tout le monde connaisse.'
Amazing new restaurent in montreal. The atmosphere is incredible & most importantly the food is amazing. Their burgers are well seasoned & cooked to perfection. Coupled with the fries & a side salad, you cant go wrong! The steak tartare was also a favourite of mine, it is served with bone marrow & fresh homestyle chips. The bone marrow brings a richness & depth of flavor to the tartare that is unmatched.10/10 recommendation.

Croquette est définitivement une valeur sûre pour un menu gourmand avec des classiques revisités avec finesse. Le décor est magnifique & rappelle bien l'ambiance des diners traditionnels dans une version plus chic & feutrée. Le restaurant propose plusieurs sections (banquettes cozy, tables conviviales avec vue sur Notre-Dame, espace bar feutré, etc. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts!)
Le service était impeccable & nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien accueillis.
À essayer absolument : l'entrée de tomates, le tartare de boeuf & le burger! J'en rêve encore. La tartelette aux bleuets était aussi incroyable. Très hâte de revenir pour tester tous les plats du menu!

took the time to answer them sincerely & thoughtfully. Even the small, considerate comments he made throughout the evening really stood out to us & made us feel comfortable. Honestly, Santiago provided one of the best service experiences we've had recently.
Since it was our first visit, we ordered quite a few dishes, & we could feel the chef's care & attention to detail in every single one.
The tomato entrée had a beautiful balance of flavors & was a wonderful way to start the meal. The pintade was absolutely outstanding-great texture, beautifully presented, & incredibly easy to enjoy. Our little one especially loved it!
The salad was perfectly seasoned not too heavy, not too light & incredibly fresh & delicious.
The bluefin tuna was fantastic. The umami was excellent, & the saffron sauce underneath paired beautifully with the ikura. The doneness of the tuna was absolutely perfect.
The burger was another highlight. The patty was unbelievably juicy, & the capers inside were the perfect little kick.
The fries felt slightly overcooked to us, but they were still really delicious. Both desserts were excellent as well.
We will definitely be coming back & would highly recommend this restaurant. I really hope this place gets the hype & success it deserves.
