Group of about 15, Noemi was in charge of our room & did a fantastic job. We picked a set menu & the appetizers, mains & dessert were excellent. Great place, very good food, would go again. Reccommend.
had good expectations for this location, but experience was a little flat. Service was OK, but the quality of the food was lacking. Starter calamari was under seasoned, & bland for our liking, & a couple of the pieces seemed overdone & quite rubbery. for the main meals, i found the menu somewhat unclear regarding the flavour profiles for the foods described. Supposed to be Mediterranean inspired flavours, but the braised lamb was served on a bed of legumes (chickpeas, white beans, & peas) which sounded good, but in effect, the flavour was more Indian inspired spices it seemed, which really isn't something we like & would definitely would not have ordered that meal had it been described accurately in the menu. many of the meals don't explain what the sides are - "whole fish" is just whole fish? scaloppini describes the veal, but what is it served with - nothing is indicated The pork osso bucco meal was a surprise - usually osso bucco when i have had it before is more of a sliced shank/marrow bone style - but this was a pork shank served large, like thor's hammer style. It was tasty. Flavour profile was deep & almost mushroomy, but sadly the underneath part of the meat was not warmed through - it was still cold under the bone. The top surface was warm, but it definitely needed more time heating. The gnocchi it was served on were tasty, although a little mealy in texture. the portion was huge, so i left the cold part of the meat aside, & was full enough with the part i ate. Creme caramel was adequate, although served with marmalade on top - which was a first for me seeing it served like that. Lava cake...... don't bother ordering it. one of the more expensive desserts & very poorly executed. Outer surface is too hard & almost shell-like that crunches when you cut into it. Inside was lava-esque, but the taste & the texture on these just weren't right. A real disappointment as lava cakes are not that difficult to do, & normally rich chocolate flavour. This was almost cookie-texture top, wiht a dense thick "cookie/cake" shell & small bit of'lava' but the taste was way off there were some execution fails on the items we chose. not sure that i would give another chance - wasn't satisfied with what we got as quality for the money that we spent & feel we could have done bette
Le repas de façon général était très bon, l'escalope de veau très tendre avec une sauce délicieuse, le déssert un mi cuit par contre était complètement raté, pour 12.00 ce fut décevant.
