Quel bonheur cette découverte
Le nom reste le même mais le menu & qualité resonnent plus avec nos préférences côté alimentaire.
Excellents Ingrédients le tout concocté avec finesse
Les croquettes de pomme de terre étaient moelleuses à l'intérieur, les champignons savoureux, la sauce mascarpone parfaite, quand au poisson cuisson parfaite il fondait dans la bouche . & pour finir, comment ne pas relater l Excellent service de Marie Noelle, 👏 👌 vraiment une belle soirée, on peut imaginer le bonheur quand la terrasse sera ouverte

En effet la découverte étant les desserts, normalement je ne prend jamais de dessert n'ayant pas la dent sucrée, j'aime les desserts raffinés qui ne goûtent pas seulement le sucre, & bien le panne cotta est sublime, cette fois ci avec une gelée de camerise & une fleur de camomille, la tarte au fromage idem, un pur bonheur chaque bouchée se délecte on n'en perd pas une miette, & bien sûr nous avons profité de la terrasse vraiment bien emménagée & un très bon service cette fois ci avec Lancelot
On va sûrement se revoir bientôt pour d'autres decouvertes gustatives

What a cool little restaurant, from the outside it doesn't look like much but we were seated on the terrasse overlooking a small river, very nice.
We both ordered the bison picanha which was tender, cooked to perfection, delicious.
We ordered a broccoli & cauliflower salad such was out of this world.
Service was friendly & efficient.
I recommend.

My wife, daughter & her partner recently had lunch at le Restaurant aux 2 Clochers in Frelighsburg & it was excellent. My wife, daughter & her partner had club sandwiches, & I had their burger plate. They all raved at the clubs & my burger was delicious.
The restaurant is run by a young couple, & their service & selection are both excellent. I would strongly recommend this restaurant for anyone who is looking for a really good dining experience in this part of the southern Eastern Townships of Quebec. Don't miss it!

Nous y avons été à quelques reprises depuis le rachat du restaurant & malheureusement, on est loin de la cuisine originale. À chaque fois nous avons été très déçu. Les bons repas sur la terrasse vont nous manquer mais au prix que les repas sont rendus, ça ne vaut plus la peine.
