Le restaurant est absolument fantastique. La nourriture, les employés, l'ambiance est tout simplement parfait. Les portions sont juste parfaite. Seul bémol, le prix est relativement élevé. Ceci étant dit notre serveuse était d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Ses suggestions de plats ainsi que l'accord avec le vin était sans reproche.Voir plus

La nourriture est sublime, bonne qualité des produits, portion parfaite. Il fait un peu froid dans le resto. Il faut apportez une veste & ne pas s'assoir près d'une fenêtre. Je recomnande ce resto👍Voir plus

Tout d'abord, les lieux sont charmants. La décoration est stylée, un peu feutrée. Des panneaux pour le son sont installés au plafond ce qui fait que le bruit est atténué & qu'il n'y a pas cet éternel brouhaha que l'on peut subir dans certains autre restaurant. Honnêtement l'ambiance/la quiétude est aussi importante pour moi que les mets. Passons à ces derniers. Nous avions pris un tartare de boeuf en plat & il était délicieux. Agrémenté de petits cornichons gentiment proposés par la serveuse. Une belle ration suffisante pour un repas qui nous a permis de goûter au dessert (profiteroles pour moi, fondant au chocolat pour lui) : simplement délicieux. Last night was the first time at Rebelle Bistro but it won't be the last! We sat at the bar & had a lovely dinner. Victoria was warm & friendly, very knowledgeable about the wine & food offerings! We each had two appetizers Cesar salad, lime shrimp, soup of the night & salmon cakes. Everything was perfection! The atmosphere is very welcoming! Excellent atmosphere; calamari & shrimp exceptional; good wine choices, short rib & veal very good - short rib bit expensive. Worth the visit.

Absolutely amazing! Party of 4, we were greeted by the owner when we arrived (not sure if this happens to all guests or if we were just lucky!). The staff were phenomenal & professional, nice conversation. The timing in between courses was perfect. We did not feel rushed but felt welcomed. We had the calamari as an appetizer, the Angus beef flank steak with veggies & a pecan tart with cappuccino. All amazing! Food was well seasoned & also in season! As an Interior Designer I quickly notice my surroundings. The setting is chic modern with lovely colors & textures. Simple & beautifully put together. I literally can't wait to go back!Voir plus
