Très déçue de mon expérience ce soir, le 27 août vers 20h24. Je voulais simplement commander une boisson, mais la serveuse ne voulait pas la préparer parce qu'elle avait beaucoup de commandes. Sa façon de me répondre, & surtout de manipuler/jeter les choses de manière agressive, m'a vraiment mise mal à l'aise.

Je comprends qu'elle puisse être débordée, mais je trouve que cela ne justifie pas une telle attitude envers un client.

Had a great time ,this was a delicious & refreshing bubble tea experience. I would definitely order it again & try some of the other fruit flavors available. It is a great choice for anyone who enjoys fruity drinks, bubble tea, & refreshing flavors. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty drink with a nice balance of fruit & sweetness. 🧋🍓🍉🍊

Daisy a grandement besoin de formation en service à la clientèle. Elle a été incroyablement impolie sans aucune raison & a eu un comportement que j'ai ressenti comme étant raciste. Je suggère à la direction de se pencher sur la situation ; une personne avec une telle attitude ne devrait pas représenter votre établissement

Daisy needs significant training in customer service. She was incredibly rude for no apparent reason & displayed behavior that felt racially motivated. I suggest management look into this; someone with her attitude should not be representing your business.'

We visited as a group of four & had a very disappointing experience because of the staff member named Deasy. She was rude & said she did not want to serve us because we did not say'hi' to her. Due to her behaviour, we had to cancel & take a refund for 2 large mango shakes. Customers should be treated respectfully & professionally. If she doesn't want to serve customers, why is she working here? Really bad experience we came from ontario as visitors & this was our first & worst experience with her in Montreal.. please hire good staff
