As a customer, I expect food to be prepared & handled in accordance with established procedures. I previously ordered an avocado smoothie, usually it tasted flavorful & not that watery. But this time, an employee that we have not seen before rushes to make these drinks & ignores the taste tests. Im disappointed as she just ignores customers service.

The next time we ordered a different drink on the same barista. This time Honey Lemon Tea (Cold), completely ignores the'extra honey' description on the drink but proceeds to give it out. Tasted like water.... I appreciate that we re-verify our employees to maximize our customers satisfaction. We shall keep guests leaving with a smile instead of a compliant face. I suggest that you guys promote the hardworking ones & make them verify the newly employed ones. Thank you.

Tried their Mango Diamond Slush & it was amazing! Perfect level of sweetness with real mango chunks that made it super refreshing. Their service was also impressively fast - definitely coming back for more!
