Not friendly, very poor service, brought our food out separately by 10 minutes. Not very baby friendly either, no change table available to change our baby. When we didn't tip, he said it's mandatory in Canada to tip 10% if you sit down in the restaurant. We said not mandatory & explained poor service means no tip, which upset him so he said never come back & harassed us until we left the building. Would not recommend unless you want mediocre dumplings & poor service.

We went here cause we noticed they had a lot of recent 5 star reviews - I unfortunately didn't question the fact that they were all recent. Right after we ordered we noticed signs all over the restaurant offering free dessert for Google reviews. The reviews however do not state that they were incentivized.

The food & service was okay. I'm not sure that the soup dumplings are handmade, like you can find at many other places in Montreal for similar prices. They are only cash but did not give a receipt. We also noticed the breakdown on the screen did not have a line item for tax yet the total was 15% more so I don't know if they were actually charging us tax for if they added their own tip to which we then added another 15% to. When we paid we assumed it was the tax but after reading the older reviews I think we may have unknowingly tipped 30%. I was not bothered by the whole cash only & not getting a receipt until I realized I might have gotten scammed into tipping 30%.
