Let me tell you. These are the best gluten free & dairy free fish & chips I've ever had! They have fresh home made pasta every week & their cocktails are to die for.
There is also live music sometimes on Fridays or Saturdays!
The owner (& chef!) is charming & the staff is lovely :)

Atmosphere is somewhat no frills (still has personality though), but the food & friendly staff make up for it. We had steak frites, chicken sandwich & caesar salad which were all excellent. Like one of the best caesar salads in the city. Highly recommend & looking forward to going back.View more

This is our first time here at Randy's Bistro. My family & I had brunch here & all five of us completely cleaned our plates. I personally had the chille relleno omelette with the country potato's- 10/10 would recommend. The restaurant environment is clean & well kept, we will be back! What an amazing experience, food & service was amazing. You must try the burrata & the fish & chips were awesome too. My friend had the caccio e pepe & it was divine. Great service & Trivia Tuesday was a hoot! They have lots of fun events & a great atmosphere. You need to check out this locally owned & operated Gem, you won't regret it!View more
Fantastic meal. Went because we wanted veggie options too. The cauliflower bites were perfectly done & the Caesar salad a very nice change from boring standard you get in many places. Obviously made in house. The desserts were perfect for the four of us at table to share. Service was friendly & efficient with good suggestions to guide us. I love the fish & chips with kale caesar salad , the pasta dishes are wonderful & flavorful.The salmon tartare is amazing , my favorite & served with crispy taro chips. Friendly local bistro with a great atmosphere. I have eaten here many times & am especially fond of the fish & chips with kale caesar salad. The salmon tartare is delicious & served with crispy taro chips. I have not seen these anywhere else & would not have guessed that taro could be that good. The music nights are fun & the acoustics seem to have improved so that you can now still talk. There is also a full bar & a selection of wines by the glass. Highly recommend a visit.View more
I really wanted to like this place. First visit girl's night. Place was just so loud. We could barely hear each other. Dinner was OK. Good enough to book a second visit. OMG. Walk in, double table with ~4 kids under 5 RUNNING AROUND THE RESTAURANT screaming like its a park. Disappointed the staff said nothing. Zip. Then this guy who was at the bar, clearly new a group behind me, went over & played something loud for them on his phone. Like, who does that. The caesar was drenched in dressing. You couldn't even taste the kale so that says it all.Too bad because it would have been stellar. Fish cakes were good, just push aside the 3tbsp of aioli it was sitting on. I can't say I'd go back. It felt like a cafeteria at the ski lodge. Not a place to enjoy a good meal & catch up with friends without competing with the cacophony of birds. Oh well.View more
