So a time at Randolphs is always fun. No matter the service, or food, or location of the place, you make your own fun with the people you bring & the games you play. Unfortunately when I went with a group of people yesterday, we had less fun than we normally would. This is the first time we go to this location as usually we either go to Laval or Ste Catherine, but yesterday this location was most convenient for all of us. To begin, one of my friends ordered chicken tenders, & there were two hairs in the first five bites of her salad. She sent it back & wanted a new one, but she never got the replacement. Then, when I ordered my second drink, half an hour went by before our waitress came back, she saw me & told me my drink was on the way, took everyone else's order & left. Then when she came back, she came back with everyone's drink but mine. She then disappears for about ten minutes & we ask someone to track her down for us cause someone wanted food with their drink, & she couldn't be found. When a different waitress came to our table & brought everyone's food i commented that I would like my drink canceled cause it's been too long at this point & I dont want it anymore. It took me saying that for my waitress to actually come bring me my drink. During our first two hours, our waitress was absolutely nowhere to be seen & only came back to our table when we flagged her down or sent someone on a wild goose chase after her. During our last hour, after she had to comp two items from our bill, suddenly she knew how to waitress & was able to come by a couple times to ask if everything was alright. The food, & the service were both honestly disappointing compared to the level of service & taste we are used to when going to Randolph, I honestly would not come back to this location if I know I'll be getting multiple rounds of drinks & food. The game masters were really sweet & helpful, they definitely were the saviors of that evening.View more

Great place for friends or family. You pay an entry fee & you can play any boardgame you want. Hundreds of games to pick from & the game master will explain all the rules. Good selection of beers & bar food. Guaranteed a fun time every time.View more

Bonne adresse, mais je trouve que neuf dollars par personne pour le concept du bar, c'est clairement cher ! L'autre fois, nous sommes venus pour manger, boire un verre & jouer à des jeux de société. La note était très salée, surtout avec les neuf dollars supplémentaires par personne.View more

Jeux agréables, bonne bouffe, bonne animation pour les jeux, mais beaucoup trop bruyant. Il devrait y avoir des mesures d'atténuation du bruit du style de panneaux acoustiques ou de découpage en plus de sections séparées. De plus, les longs bancs sans dossiers pour le dos sont particulièrement inconfortables, surtout pour des séances de jeux qui vont bien au-delà du temps d'un simple repas. Les drinks sont aussi assez chers - beaucoup plus que dans bien des bars, malgré qu'il y ait d'autres sources de revenus pour cet établissement, comme les frais d'animation pour les jeux & les revenus liés à la nourriture. Je salue tout de même le Randolph pour le fait qu'il soit un pionnier dans le domaine des bars & restos ludiques.View more
