I've always gone to Ramses & I usually love the place, but I was recently served by a server named Dahlia who was extremely rude. She kept rolling her eyes, forgetting our drinks, & then getting annoyed when we asked where they were. She also threw the menus & bills onto the table & was very passive-aggressive towards the girls at our table. The boys next to us did not receive the same treatment.

As someone who also works in the industry, I can understand certain frustrations, but this behavior was completely uncalled for. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, & I hope this changes.

Endroit branché à sheesha très cool avec bonne musique pour aller chiller avec des amis ou une date. Bouffe bistro & bon drinks variés. Leur Martini Espresso est excellent. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Every time i go the staff is friendly & welcoming, the atmosphere is always pleasant, some nights quiet & others the life of the party. I would recommend for everyone looking to grab a drink or smoke a shisha
