Tasty broth & good texture of the noodles, but the cha-siu slice is thin & small, the egg was not perfect, & the price for these extra aren't worth it. Maybe best for vegetarian dishes. Took a while to receive the bowl as well, perhaps understaff.Voir plus

I came during Ramen Ramen Fes. I'm glad that their Végétarien ramen are made with vegan products. Because some noodles may contain eggs. The Végétarien Tantan Miso Deluxe comes with 4 nori leaves & vegetable kakiage tempura. Mine had 3 extra slices of fried tofu. The broth is rich & creamy. Slightly spicy, very flavourful.
