Where ramen and miso meets
Ever since Japan’s Edo period (1600 to 1867 AC), Miso has been known as a healthy and tasty
condiment and has been beloved for generations.
Miso is made with soybeans, rice (or barley in some cases) and salt by being fermented for a certain
period of time. It originated in China, spread to Japan in the 9th century and became known as Miso paste. In the long history of Japan, Miso has been a sufficient protein source, to enhance rice, soup or as a sauce over vegetable side dishes.
As a fermented food, miso is a great source of probiotics or beneficial bacteria, which increases the
health of your gut and enhances your immune system. Miso is also high in protein, in minerals like
manganese and zinc, and vitamin E, vitamin K, various B vitamins, and folic acid.

Maybe best for vegetarian dishes. Took a while to receive the bowl as well, perhaps understaff.View more
Bon ramen, service lent & ambiance quasi inexistante.View more
I came during Ramen Ramen Fes. I'm glad that their Végétarien ramen are made with vegan products. Because some noodles may contain eggs. The Végétarien Tantan Miso Deluxe comes with 4 nori leaves & vegetable kakiage tempura. Mine had 3 extra slices of fried tofu. The broth is rich & creamy. Slightly spicy, very flavourful. I love that the ramen is hot but not to the point to burn your mouth. :DView more
Best ramen place I've been so far in mtl! Tried the recommended deluxe bowl & damn it was good. They were also streaming monster on the tv.View more
Honestly best ramen I've ever had. Great portion sizes, great broth, great noodles, great toppings. It is a bit of a hole in the wall but holy moly, bar = raised.View more
Really good food, great service. One of the best ramenView more
Ambiance japonaise avec des animés (avec des sous-titres français ce serait mieux!), service attentionné mais surtout goût authentique très fidèle aux plats originaux du Japon. C'est une belle découverte à prix raisonnable.View more
Excellent plats & une belle ambiance à l'intérieur! Malheureusement on a été incapable de m'accueillir en français. A éviter.View more
Ramen was very flavourful. Will definitely come back to try other things!View more
Really nice food & pretty cheap as well. The place looks like it was decorated by weebs & the server kept talking in English even when we responded in French. Nice tip: for a free 6 piece karaage, come with a group & buy at least 4 ramen. They will give you the 6 piece for free.View more
my favourite tantan ramen ever. came back years later & it's still the same. better than the other chains in toronto for sure. both the regular & veggie tantan are the go-to's for me & my friends. also add tofu!! we also love their karaage. the sauce is super tasty.View more
