We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

They said I would have to order another soup . The bill comes & I ask for some sort of adjustment to be made & they wanted to offer 2.99$ off the bill , what a disgrace … after complaining to the waitress again she was able to discount to 20%… if she was able to do that then she could have comped the soup & call it a day but no… they prefer to be cheap . On the menu it doesn't say anywhere that it's final sale no refunds exchanges etc anyways because of this I will not be back & I do not recommend this restaurant .
Endroit grand & aéré, très propre & bonne visibilité sur la cuisine. La qualité est excellente. Le bouillon a vraiement bon goût & bonne portion. Edamame bien assaisonnés & combo diner disponible a bon prix. Serveuse très sympatique explique bien le menu & il font très attention aux allergies.
I had to take the food to go, the waitress was very nice & efficient, it took about 10 minutes for her to take my order & then I only had to wait 5 minutes to have my order ready to go. I was pleased by the service & the food tasted really good! We had the sea salt ramen (my husband got the white sesame & I the chicken one).
Amazing ramen place. It is just right not too salty like other places in Montreal
A very nice ramen place. No complaints. Good date spot, or bring the family. Estelle is very nice! We ordered 2 beers, karaage, & 2 ramen.

Great new ramen spot in the West Island. We ordered the Assari Shoyu, Spicy Miso, & Takoyaki. Both broths were rich & flavourful, & the Takoyaki was delicious. Portions were generous. Our only comment is that it would be nice if the Spicy Miso also included half a marinated egg, as the Assari Shoyu does, without needing to add it as a top-up. Otherwise, the food, ambiance & service were excellent.

I had the red miso ramen. The broth itself was wonderful, very rich, & almost silky on the tongue. I crave broth like this on cold snowy days. The noodles were good, but I've had better, it lacks springiness when you bite into them. It does come with a nice heaping of toppings. I also ordered the gyozas, which were perfect appetizers.
It was great! Food was delicious & the service was awesome. The staff are very nice & are very helpful. It didn't take too long for the food to come (although it depends on the order) & the atmosphere is nice. The place is clean, as well as the restrooms, & it's easy to talk, but not 100% silent because there can be music playing occasionally. Although, if you like ramen you should definitely go check it out.

'Kotteri Shoyu' has my heart.
Staff is super nice & gives customers a warm welcome every time.
The aesthetic in this place is also appealing.
After visiting many ramen restaurants, I will stick to Ramen Isshin due to their rich flavours & quality.
Food & service were excellent, price is reasonable.
I gave 4 stars just because we had to pay extra for the eggs.
Eggs should be included in the Ramen.
Overall, everything was very good.
