Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

whatever rag was used to wipe our table needs to be washed ASAP cause it smelled like stinky SWEAT.
like the menu got placed down & it pushed a whiff of stank air, it was crazy.
anyways the actual food itself was good
Très bons ramen, a un prix raisonnable, je recommande fortement & j y retournerai
I got the chicken shio which was really good. It was very light. The staff here were amazing & very welcoming.
I absolutely LOVE this place. The quality of the ramen is amazing, the service is amazing, & the experience of eating here is amazing. I've been several times & the restaurant has always been clean. Ramen lovers need to discover this gem ASAP!
As a person that doesn't really enjoy Ramen, i found myself wanting more after a whole bowl here. Their ramen is great, made a non ramen lover enjoy ramen.
With some great help from our waitress with the red hair, we were able to order to our taste. She let us know that Ishin Ramen's broth style is traditionally meant to be salty & that if we ever preferred it to be less salty, we could always ask her, luckily we love salt so this step wasnt needed.
All in all a great & very enjoyable experience.
Great place to gather & eat for the upcoming winter season. Very comforting broth & ramen noodles. Definitely go give it a try if you enjoy hot warm soups.
Estelle was very welcoming & kind as to give us suggestions & letting us know which dishes suited our tastes better!
We will for sure becoming back!
Came here with my partner a few weeks back. We ordered from the vegetarian options, the shoyu. Overall the taste was alright, nothing crazy, the broth was too salty, & it was overpriced. It must be amongst the most expensive ramen shops in Montreal, but I guess people in the west island don't have much of a choice. The waitress with red hair was very pushy & pressured us to leave a Google positive review, which discredits all the 5 star reviews on this page.
Loved this place!
Warm & friendly service, reasonable prices, & truly authentic flavors.:)
I had the spicy ramen, so tasty! Definitely coming back!
Absolutely delicious! My new favourite ramen place. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. They just opened, so there are a few items that were not available, but everything we had was great. The gyoza were light & fluffy, the seafood pancake was good, but I prefer the octopus balls!
As a main, i had the roasted garlic ramen. The broth was delicious, portion was generous, I came hungry, left full & satisfied.
Will be back soon. The Grand opening is November 22, & they are having a 50% off any ramen as a promotion.
