Our menu was designed & developed by our Executive Chef Koji Zenimaru. We hope you enjoy his offerings created from his personal experiences, life and travels throughout Japan. Ramen Isshin presents you our true authentic tastes of Ramen.
Ramen Isshin is widely praised for a rich, comforting broth and chewy noodles, with bowls described as flavorful and satisfying and toppings fresh. The service and atmosphere are often highlighted as friendly and efficient, able to handle busy crowds while staying clean and cozy. Standout orders like spicy and red miso ramen earn strong recommendations, and portions are generally generous with good value, though a few reviewers find prices high or some bowls uneven. Some criticism points to an overpowering garlic oil, broth that can taste bitter when altered, and occasional notes of small meat portions. Overall, the reviews present Ramen Isshin as a reliable, popular ramen spot with vegetarian options and a range of flavors, though experiences can vary and it may not be the absolute best in the city.
I love ramen, & I've been visiting a lot of places in the city. When I first saw this new place near my house, I had to visit it. & boy, no disappointment. I tried a different version the ramen that is not offered in the most of the places, & I loved the tsukemen. My wife tried the vegetarian option, & it was one of the best vegetarian dishes that we tried so far. I highly recommend this place if you are a ramen lover like me.
Very satisfied with the overall dine-in experience we had at Ramen Isshin Verdun! We ordered the Pork Gyoza & Korokke. Both plates had the right amount of crunch, the flavor was good & the pork in the gyoza was juicy. As for ramen we ordered the Red Dragon & the Spicy Shio with White Sesame. The broths were packed with flavor & really rich. The ramen noodles were perfectly chewy & the amount was good for the quantity of broth. The Red Dragon is really for the spicy lovers, it hits the right spot for a good spicy craving! For the price (approx. 18-22$/bowl) the portions are generous! Service is fast & good. The people that work there are kind & they patiently answered our questions. We will definitely come back to taste more from the menu :)

On s'y sent bien !

I've been to Ramen Isshin before but never wrote a review so this is me inaugurating the new Ramen Isshin/Nikolai era. This trip I decided to not pair my ginger ale with ramen but instead a rice based dish. The dish was still a banger sans soup & we love this chain's diverse dish range. This place is real nice & a complete 180 from the scary burger place that used to be at this address. Will be coming back for sure 🍚
Best Ramen i've ever has! Great customer service, the chef even came to ask us if it was good. Also, my mom said the vegetarian options are incredible!
