Our menu was designed & developed by our Executive Chef Koji Zenimaru. We hope you enjoy his offerings created from his personal experiences, life and travels throughout Japan. Ramen Isshin presents you our true authentic tastes of Ramen.
Ramen Isshin is widely praised for a rich, comforting broth and chewy noodles, with bowls described as flavorful and satisfying and toppings fresh. The service and atmosphere are often highlighted as friendly and efficient, able to handle busy crowds while staying clean and cozy. Standout orders like spicy and red miso ramen earn strong recommendations, and portions are generally generous with good value, though a few reviewers find prices high or some bowls uneven. Some criticism points to an overpowering garlic oil, broth that can taste bitter when altered, and occasional notes of small meat portions. Overall, the reviews present Ramen Isshin as a reliable, popular ramen spot with vegetarian options and a range of flavors, though experiences can vary and it may not be the absolute best in the city.
I will put side of the taste, I feel little uncomfortable with how they working. there was only me as a customer at the inside & staff taking break time sit in the counter table & talking. It's okay to have a conversation but talking about unrelated things little bit loudly. never checked the glass of water, that mean not taking care of the customer in restaurant industry. it's okay to have fun in work but need to be more careful when they are at the front house where customer can see them. Tukemen soup was less rich than the usual taste that I had before
Tried a very interesting type of ramen - cross bridge ramen, well I named it because it looked like cross bridge noodles in the Chinese version. I liked the food & service there with only one comment - it'd be great if you could accommodate clients' needs like less sodium, less oil. They couldn't because they said the broths were premade.
Amazing experience! We first noticed how comfy their indoor chairs are (like crazy comfy) & we greatly enjoyed their music Playlist. Then we received our food, Takoyaki (best takoyaki I've ever had), Kaarage chicken & our ramen. Everything was delicious & they had a decent beverage menu too which included multiple japanese beers. The only downside is that we were too full to try their desserts. Would highly recommend! Also, forgot to mention the service was A+!
Really decent shoyu ramen. I found the broth to be a bit less flavourful than I prefer, & the chashu pork was on the thin end of the spectrum. Noodles were on point. The egg's texture was good but it tasted a bit sweet for some reason. I'll probably return to try more of their menu.
Delicious ramen! I typically find ramen too heavy or greasy but none of that here. The soups were flavorful & complex. I got the red miso spicy soup & it was incredible. I will definitely be back!
