I have been buying sweets from this shop for a while, but my recent experience was very disappointing. They used a heavy box to pack the sweets, then the weight of the box was also included when they weighed the sweets. I felt like I was paying twice for the box - once for the box itself & again for its weight. Because of this, I got less sweets than I expected but paid more money.

I really hope the shop looks into this because it does not feel fair to customers.

Very disappointing & unfair practice!
This shop has started using heavy boxes for packing sweets, which I believe is unfair to customers. They charge extra for the fancy box, & on top of that, they also include the weight of the heavy box when weighing the sweets.

This means customers are being charged twice - first for the expensive box & then again because the box's weight is included in the price of the sweets. As a result, you are paying more but getting less sweets.

I strongly recommend customers pay attention to the weighing & ask the staff to weigh the sweets separately from the box. This practice needs to be addressed because it is not fair to customers.

Very disappointing experience. We booked a jaggo in advance & paid the full amount. When we went there for pickup, we were told that it had been sent to a different location, which was far away from us at that moment. This caused us a lot of inconvenience, especially since we had already paid in advance.

Very poor service & not the experience we expected. We expected better coordination & communication from the restaurant.

The food is old & nasty! We bought 1 pound pakoras its was 12 for 1 pound the prices are damn high. & they mixed the old & bad ones with fresh ones. Overpriced & being sick for 2 days!

I highly recommend Ram Sweet for their delicious & fresh tiffin service. The food is always freshly prepared, tastes just like homemade, & the quality is consistently excellent. One of the best places for fresh & tasty meals.

I recently visited Ram Sweets Restaurant, & my experience was excellent from start to finish. The restaurant is exceptionally clean & well maintained, with a tidy dining area & a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, talkative, & always greet customers with a smile. They take the time to make sure every order is prepared correctly & that customers leave satisfied.

One thing I truly appreciated was how accommodating they were, even close to their closing time. Instead of rushing us, they patiently helped us with our order & served us with the same positive attitude & professionalism as they would during regular hours. Their willingness to go the extra mile shows how much they value their customers. Another great advantage is that the restaurant is conveniently located close to our area, making it an easy & reliable choice whenever we want delicious food. Overall, Ram Sweets Restaurant provides excellent food, outstanding cleanliness, & exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with caring staff & a great dining experience.

Extremely disappointed. I bought sweets from this shop, & they tasted stale & of very poor quality. After eating them, I ended up with an upset stomach. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a sweet shop. The quality & freshness were unacceptable, & I definitely won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously improve their food quality & hygiene.
