Amazing food, not my first time here. I was super disappointed with the behaviour of the waiter, giving attitude from the start. I tried to be understanding because maybe he had a bad day, but once it came time to give me the bill, he threw it at me. I'm honestly very surprised, I have no more words.
We had an amazing experience at Rail Restaurant, & Fernando truly made the night exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, & genuinely welcoming. He struck the perfect balance of being professional while also making us feel relaxed & taken care of.
Fernando's recommendations were spot on, & he checked in at all the right moments without ever being overbearing. You can tell he really cares about the experience of his guests, & it shows in the level of service he provides.
Great food, great atmosphere-but it was Fernando who really made the evening memorable. We'll definitely be back & will be asking for him again!

Amazing staff always genuinely kind & patient always interact with my kid & make them laugh, food is really good but what really seals the deal is there 10/10 service every waiters ive interacted with where the best
My husband & I had the best time! Long over do date night out. The food was delicious & the manager Harry was such a gentleman & so hospitable!We will definitely go back again soon.
