Pros:
1) Good Location. Near the Metro & many shops.
2) They have many selections of Bagels sandwiches pastries Cream cheeses drinks etc.
3) It looks clean & well maintained.
4) Bagels look good & had never had any food poisining so far.

Cons:
1) Seating is limited so eating there is not an option.

Conlcusion:
Its a good bagel shop. I never had a bad experience with this shop before so far. I pray that it conitnues to be for Quebec & for all. Ultraconservatism Right-Wing populism & Christus needed.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese & discovered the cream cheese was sour & spoiled. I returned right away, but instead of an apology, the staff member was rude & simply refunded me as if I had done something wrong. Very disappointing experience, especially regarding food safety & customer service.

Like Lance said, KISS (keep it simple Stroll) method when it comes to a bagel fresh out of the oven. Cream cheese smear, lox optional. Bliss! Real Bagel is one stop shopping for us for the Jewish holidays. We love the creamy chopped liver with fried onions, the "Homemade" gefilte fish & matzoh ball chicken soup. Maybe a knish or two lol. A choice of pickles rounds out our dinner!

I got a lox everything bagel with cream cheese. The food was good although next time id probably try the bagel with just butter as it was a lot with the topping. The place was quiet with no long line which was nice but there was no menu & I had to ask the staff to tell me & they didn't tell me all the options. Otherwise, id go again for a quick bagel run.
