Review Summary

Visitors to BeaverTails frequently praise the delicious and classic fried dough pastries, with many highlighting the consistent quality of favorites like the pistachio, maple, and chocolate flavors. The hot chocolate and poutine are also popular menu items that provide comfort, especially on colder days. While the food is widely considered a must-try treat and a highlight of the village, experiences with service tend to vary significantly. Many guests appreciate the friendly, bilingual, and efficient staff who offer warm welcomes and helpful recommendations, though some report issues with occasional wait times, inconsistent order accuracy, or understaffing during busy periods. Despite mixed feedback regarding wait times and rare concerns about food preparation, most patrons find the overall experience enjoyable and worth stopping for when visiting the area.

I always enjoy grabbing a BeaverTail when I'm in Mont?Tremblant Village, it's consistently good, & honestly, it's one of those must?do treats when you're here. The food itself didn't disappoint.

The only downside this time was the service. My order wasn't punched in, so I ended up waiting much longer than expected while several people who ordered after me were served first. Once I asked about it, they realized the mistake, but it did take away from the experience a bit.

Still, the BeaverTail itself was great as usual, & it remains a classic stop in the village.

I had to try the famous beaver tails while in the area. They were amazing. The first day I tried the pistachio one which was soo delicious I had to go back again the next day. The next day I got the classic it was good too, but I preferred the pistachio. Can't wait to go back as I have my eye on the maple one next. Only gripe is I wish they could do split flavors like half & half which they said they couldn't.

Stopped by BeaverTails in the Village with a group of five. The food tasted good - classic BeaverTails flavours that hit the spot - but the service was a bit slow. Only one girl was working, so things took a while.

All five orders came out at the same time, which was nice for timing, but unfortunately, the food wasn't hot by the time we got it. Still enjoyable, just would've been better fresh & warm.

Overall, a tasty treat & worth a stop, but would love to see quicker service or more staff later into the evening.

*Edit- went Tuesday Oct 14 at 8 pm to the store closer to the top of the mountain.

Ordered classic & bacon poutine (option to order turkey bacon), they forgot one of the poutine but provided it promptly after becoming aware. We also got the hazelnut beavertail which was warm & delicious. Conveniently located at the village for a quick grab.
